La Trobada

La Trobada is a homage to Mediterranean culture, flavor, and warmth. This small neighborhood restaurant operated by Inma and Jonathan functions as a gathering space for locals and friends. The name 'La Trobada' (Catalan for 'meeting point') reflects the Mediterranean lifestyle characterized by warmth and shared moments.

The concept focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere that evokes Mediterranean warmth. The earthy color palette, natural materials, and warm lighting work together to create a space where diners feel at home.

The primary challenge involved optimizing flow between the compact 50m² interior and an adjacent spacious terrace. Kitchen reorganization addressed functional zones for cooking, prep, and cleaning, plus dedicated waitstaff stations.
